Gotomeeting Return Policy?
The return policy for GoTo Room is as follows:
- If the system was damaged during shipping or parts are missing, Contact Support within 30 days of receiving it so that the missing or damaged parts can be replaced.
- All hardware included in the GoTo Room with Poly kit is covered by a 1 year warranty. If issues are encountered with the Intel NUC, audio or webcam device, or touch panel within the first year, Contact Support is recommended.
For GoTo Meeting subscription plan:
- If the decision is made to cancel the GoTo Meeting subscription plan, a request can be submitted to Corporate Account Services, or the dedicated GoTo representative can be contacted directly.
- The service will continue until the billing period ends and the subscription plan expires. The subscription will reflect a "Pending Cancellation" status until that time, meaning that the canceled account can be reactivated without any interruption to the service.
- No credit or refund is provided since the subscription plan is pre-paid. The service will continue until the billing period ends and the subscription plan expires.
